To celebrate our Monthly Spotlight for February, At Night All Blood is Black by David Diop, translated by Anna Moschovakis, we’re offering you the chance to win a copy of the book and a limited-edition Booker Prize tote bag.
International Booker Prize 2021 winner, At Night All Blood is Black, follows two Senegalese soldiers, Alfa and Mademba, who are fighting in the First World War. After Mademba is mortally wounded and dies, Alfa seeks to avenge his friend’s death but soon starts to frighten even his own comrades.
The Booker Prize tote bags feature illustrations by artist Iris de Moüy and aren’t available to buy.
