Four runners-up will each win the 13 longlisted titles, a Poon’s Vegetable Guide tea towel and a limited-edition Booker Prize tote bag.
Our top prize comprises the following:
1 x set of all 13 books on the International Booker Prize 2026 longlist
1 x Poon’s London Heritage Gift Hamper
1 x £150 Poon’s gift card
1 x Poon’s Vegetable Guide tea towel
1 x limited-edition Booker Prize tote bag
*Only entrants based in the UK, excluding Northern Ireland, are eligible to win the main prize, for delivery to an address in England, Wales, or Scotland. The runners-up prizes can be delivered internationally.
Each year the International Booker Prize introduces readers to the best novels and short story collections from around the world that have been translated into English and published in the UK and/or Ireland.
Chinese heritage food lifestyle brand Poon’s London is generously hosting this year’s International Booker Prize judging panel at its Somerset House restaurant for the key judging meetings. The longlist was decided in the Drawing Room.
Chair of judges Natasha Brown said ‘Whether it’s for a birthday, a book club, or the bus ride to work, I’m confident that there’s a perfect fit among these 13 brilliant books.’
The shortlist of six books will be announced on 31 March 2026. The winning title will be announced at a ceremony on 19 May 2026.
To be in with a chance of winning, simply enter your details below by 12:00 GMT on Thursday, 12 March, 2026. Winners will be chosen at random.
Entrants should note that four of the titles on the longlist have not yet been published, and as a result, prize bundles may not be dispatched until late April.
