Dotti Irving was Chief Executive of Four Culture.

Dotti Irving has worked with the Booker Prizes for 29 years, first as founder of the PR and marketing agency Colman Getty, now as Chief Executive of the Culture arm of Four Communications.

In that time she was largely responsible, with others, for the evolving public impact of the Booker and International Booker Prizes, and she was instrumental in setting up the Booker Prize Foundation as an entity independent of sponsorship in 2002.

With an extensive contacts base that spans arts, culture, business and the media, her particular areas of interest are awards, cultural place-making and handling partnership deals on behalf of clients. Dotti is a lifelong member of the Groucho Club. She has regularly featured in the PR Week’s Power Book and in the Bookseller Top 100.
