Patty Dimond is a Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director & Chair of Audit & Risk on a number of FTSE Plc boards (and charities) building on an International Executive career in the consumer and financial sectors

Patty is currently a non-executive director of Hilton Food Group Plc, Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust Plc and Foresight VCT Plc.  She has been a trustee of English National Opera (8 years) and the National Academy of Social Prescribing. 

Canadian by birth, Patty’s early education was in Canada where she qualified as a chartered accountant working with Deloitte, Haskins & Sells in both Toronto and London.  As an executive or strategy consultant her International career had her working in New York, Geneva and South Africa. She is a CFA charter holder, an Alumni of McKinsey & Company (London) and holds a MBA from IMD Switzerland. 

Patty co-authored Driven to the Brink, Why Corporate Governance, Board Leadership and Culture Matter. 

She is a member of the Booker Prize Foundation’s board of trustees.
