Nicki is one the leading members of the UK media industry, currently holding the position of President of Brands and Licensing, BBC Studios, where she is responsible for marketing some of the world’s most famous TV brands, such as Doctor Who, Strictly Come Dancing and BBC Earth.

Appointed in 2020, Nicki re-joined the BBC from Charlotte Tilbury Beauty, where she had been CMO since 2017. Prior to this role, Nicki spent a decade in senior marketing positions across the media sector, including at King Digital Entertainment, where she played a key part in growing Candy Crush to become the world’s largest mobile game.  

Nicki started her career at Procter & Gamble in brand management, before joining McKinsey to work across a variety of consumer and media clients. Her great passion is for building brands and audiences in the digital and social media space.  

Nicki sits on the Digital Advisory Board of the Science Museum Group as well as being a trustee of the Booker Prize Foundation.
