Chika Unigwe is an award-winning writer.
Born in Enugu, Nigeria, she is the author of four novels, including On Black Sisters Street and Night Dancer. Her short stories and essays have appeared in the New York Times, the Guardian, Guernica, Aeon and many other journals.
Her works have been translated into several languages. A recipient of several awards and fellowships, she lives and works in the USA.
